Unable to 'Save' ReportSummaryUnable to Save report or the button is not available. The Save button can also be greyed out even if the report is being saved by the owner of the report. Cause The issue is due to missing records in the sys_report_users_groups table. Whenever a report is created/shared, it will create a corresponding record in sys_report_users_groups. This table contains information on who can access the report (including who created the report and to whom the report is shared to). Note: Investigate the reason why the records in sys_report_users_groups were deleted. Resolution The solution is to Save a copy of the report by clicking Insert & Stay. This will generate a new record in sys_report_users_groups, allowing user to Save the report.
