Configuration:Flow is configured to create an incident via email with a simple condition. Send an email from outlook, the email is received however there is no log found for the flow designer and also no incident ticket was created. Cause" glide.email.inbound.email_flow_trigger_enabled " property was set to false. Setting value to false will stop email processing.ResolutionSet the value of the property to true so that email will be reprocessed and context will be completed.
