RITMs have two workflows/flows connected to themIssue On all instances, RITMs created from time to time have two workflows/flows connected.CauseVerified the history of the RITM and found that Approval is set to "Request Approved" twice. Hence the workflow is getting attached twice. Approval is set to "Request Approved" twice because of a workflow & flow running at a time on RITM.ResolutionTo avoid duplicate workflows getting attached to RITM, kindly disable the workflow or flow which is setting the Approval to "Request Approved" twice.
