Agent Client Collector not shown up in instance - Support and Troubleshooting

Agent Client Collector not shown up in instance Issue Agent client collector not shown up in instance with acc.log error as below:

Resolution comment out following line in acc.yml by add # in front ie:

from

allow-list: /etc/servicenow/agent-client-collector/check-allow-list.json

to

#allow-list: /etc/servicenow/agent-client-collector/check-allow-list.json

After that, restart the acc

systemctl restart acc
