ResolutionThis was happening from customizations on the "Time Card Portal Header" Service Portal Widget (sp_widget). Once reverted to OOB, everything works as expected. To do so, follow the steps below. NEXT STEPS: 1. Navigate to Service Portal > Widgets 2. In the "ID" column search for "tcp-header" and go to the record 3. In the Versions related list, Right-Click the record with the Source of "System Upgrades: VersionName..." 4. Select "Revert to this version" 5. Select OK when prompted
