<h2>BLANK RITM's and for SCTASK in "Request item" field is empty</h2><br/><div style="overflow-x:auto"><article><div ><h3 >Issue </h3><section><ul><li>Two scenarios here:<br /><br />1) BLANK RITM's (Example:- Requested By, Requested for and all other fields are blank).<br />2) For SCTASK in the "Request item" field the RITM number is disappeared.</li></ul></section></div><div ><h3 >Release</h3><section><ul><li>All</li></ul></section></div><div ><h3 >Cause</h3><section><ul><li>A custom BR was causing it. (Hint: Checked the transaction logs for affected records RITM/SCTASK. Found the same work notes on the affected records. There was a custom BR named "HNK-comment SC Task to RTIM" which uses work_notes as a script. It also has xxx.update();)</li></ul></section></div><div ><h3 >Resolution</h3><section><ul><li>Either deactivate the BR or edit it based on the requirements.</li></ul></section></div></article></div>
