Inbound Actions 'Slack External User' and 'Slack Internal User' not processing after updateIssue Slack External User & Slack Internal User are not processing correctly after an update. Since the update, Slack tickets are not generating the requested item. Users fill-out a Google form, which send an email out to ServiceNow and then a requested item is generated; however, after the update, the requested item is not getting generated.Cause- The process was prevented since the user was missing tss_slack roles - Originally the order was not processed as the 'Slack Inbound User' script, orderNow and submitOrder functions were overlapping.
