Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to any OOB Paris Instance 2. Navigate to the incident table and open any active incident 3. Move the state to "Resolved", the notice error message has a field label displayed in it; "The following mandatory fields are not filled in: Resolution code, Resolution notes" 4. open the dictionary of the field Resolution Code and add 'is_searchable_choice=true' as an attribute 5. Perform the action of making the state "Resolved", the notice error message has a field name instead of the label; "The following mandatory fields are not filled in: close_code, Resolution notes"
