Also, the audit shows all the update numbers as expected. Instead each time the SLA Timeline is viewed the entire history of the sc_req_item is replayed in memory and passed to the SLA Engine to evaluate the effect (e.g. if start condition matched it would create a task_sla in memory only). Fundamentally the SLA Timeline feature and the SLA Repair feature only work correctly if the audit history has no missing updates. The more missing updates the more inaccurate the results will be for these two features.
