Fields with Type 'Order Index' are not configurable from List Layout. - Known Error

Fields with Type 'Order Index' are not configurable from List Layout. Description Fields with Type 'Order Index' are not configurable from List Layout.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Login to any paris instance. 2) Go to incident table record in sys_db_object table. 3) Create a new Field of Type 'Order Index' in the incident table. 4) Go to incident.list 5) Right-click on the List header -> Configure-> List Layout and try to add the Field created in Step 3. You won't be able to find the field. 4) Same field present in Personalize list column.

Workaround The current status of this problem is ‘Fixed’ with the fix available in Paris Patch 6 Hot Fix 3 and Quebec release families. Hence upgrading the affected instances to Paris Patch 6 Hot Fix 3 or Quebec would permanently resolve this issue.
