Allocation Workbench Resource Finder does not load dataIssue In the Allocation Workbench > Resource Finder, you see that the Resource Finder is a blank 'screen/frame' or, you see that there is an error of 'There is no data to be displayed', even though you are sure there are active users and availability/resources to be displayed.ReleaseNew York+CauseOne table of records that power backend REST data - as is the case for the Resource Finder, are Scripted REST Resources (Found under the sys_ws_operation table) If any of the Scripted REST Resources are modified for Package=Resource Grid Interface, make sure to revert them back to OOB and clear the system cache (cache.do) ResolutionTo revert a modified Scripted REST Resource to OOB, you will need to follow along this documentation and, as long as the instance you are in is where the change was made, revert to the Source Upgrades version (It will contain the latest version name "Paris, etc") Navigate to Scripted REST Resources (you may have to navigate to sys_ws_operation.list in the filter Navigator)Filter for [Package][is][Resource Grid Interface]Add column 'Updated By' to confirm if the record was updated by a non-admin/system user (Aka, modified from OOB version)Open that Scripted REST ResourceLocate the 'Versions' related list at the bottom of the screenFollowing the above directions or by right-clicking on the Source Version, select 'Revert to this version'
