Attaching multiple files in large number causing duplicate entry in sys_attachment Description When uploading multiple files (300+), the files keep on uploading and there are duplicate entries in the sys_attachment table.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the Incident/Knowlege module and click on create new. Attach more than 300+ files in any task. Wait for attachments to be added. The file attachment process doesn't stop even after a while Now stop the process and check the files in the task or check the sys_attachment table. Check-in sys_attachment where there will be multiple records attached for the file. Workaround Unfortunately, there is no current workaround for this issue.

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem and the risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
