Knowledge Management REST API - write/commitDescriptionIn regard to our documentation for Knowledge Management REST API, our customer did not see any REST method to write and/or commit. They wanted to know if this functionality was present or not.ResolutionUnfortunately - and this is confirmed by ServiceNow Knowledge Management Developers - there is currently no supported REST method for write/commit within the Knowledge Management REST API. This is doubly confirmed by viewing the documented methods from the developer.servicenow.com website. Per conversations with ServiceNow Knowledge Management Developers, there is no mention of this being added any time soon. The Knowledge Management REST API is meant for searching, viewing, and fetching lists of most-viewed and featured knowledge articles. Hence, the only supported REST method for doing that searching is GET. ServiceNow Support greatly encourages users, when a desired feature is not currently found within the Platform, to create an Idea for it. This can be done by following the steps in the below public-facing KB: KB0755878
