Steps to reproduce:1.Select any user.2.Open the user preferences from the filter navigator and click on new.3.Enter the name as "sc_req_item.view"4.Select the user and enter the value as "ESS"4.Impersonate the specified user and try to raise a request.5.Open the requested item where we can find the specific fields are shown as mentioned in the below screenshot.
