Description

Instance Cloning leads to Authentication / App Registration Issues. As a result, the User Experience Analytics Dashboard is not displaying data since the clone completed. Aso, the User Experience Analytics Authentication appears to be empty.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Clone the Production instance over a sub-production instance.
  2. Observe that User Experience Analytics Dashboard in Production displays new data whereas on the sub-production instance, data since the clone completed is missing.

Workaround

Please upgrade the clone source instance, which is usually PROD to one of the Fixed In versions.

Once the clone source instance has been upgraded, when you clone to a SubPROD, it will now have the correct configuration for the User Experience Analytics Dashboard, and it will display the data in this dashboard.
