Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop into any OOB Quebec instance with a language plugin installed (e.g. German). Select the language as English 2. Navigate to Report > Create New (https:// .service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_report_template.do%3Fsysparm_create%3Dtrue) 3. Notice the text 'Report title' appears as expected. 4. Navigate to the translated text for report title (https:// .service-now.com/sys_ui_message_list.do?sysparm_query=key%3DReport%20Title&sysparm_view=) and update the message field with a long text (upto 20 characters) for the German language. 5. Change the Language to German and repeat step 2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: The text 'Report title' should be fully displayed on changing the language to German.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR: The text 'Report title' is truncated.
