Need information on enabling Knowledge Management - Add-in for Microsoft WordSummary1. Will Single Manifest file work irrespective of the instance?Because in the Manifest file that i downloaded, i only see the information of the current instance.Example: If i download the manifest file from Dev instance and deploy the manifest file in Centralized Microsoft environment in PROD,- Will the same Plugin work for all different instances ? 2. Click on Microsoft link on sharepoint, how will it decide which ServiceNow instance to point to out of 4 servicenow instances?InstructionsTo answer your questions- 1. No, you have to download manifest in all the instances separately. After installing the add in, the platform automatically generates a manifest, so there is no need to create one, all you need to do is download it. And you can do this by doing following: - filter navigate to "Office add-in manifests" - knowledge management => download manifest - open word online => add ins => upload add ins => upload the downloaded file This is because with downloading manifest, there is other configuration as well which comes in it. 2. Answer to my first query seems to answer this one as well. We also have a system property 'sn_km_word.glide.knowman.word.xframe' where you can list of all the parent domains in the Microsoft Word Online application in which Knowledge Management - Add-in for Microsoft Word is embedded. A doc for your reference - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/reference/r_KnowledgeProperties.html 3. Restricting the ServiceNow icon to certain users in the Microsoft is not possible, it will be available to all the users. 4. No , it is not possible simultaneously for knowledge Article creation using Microsoft office for all 4 instances
