As an e.g. open the sys_choice definition Change it from value: task.assignment_group.manager.location.time_zone to value: task.amt_group.mgr.location.time_zone The label does not matter. 2. In script include, modify it as below case 'task.amt_group.mgr.location.time_zone': return taskGr.assignment_group.manager.location.time_zone; Note the choice list value is defined in the script include 'case' object while the 'return' object is the full dot walked path to the record 'task.assignment_group.manager.location.time_zone' see my attached screenshots showing we done this. This resolves the issue; the value no longer gets truncated and does not display an invalid entry in the dropdown.
