Chat users or agents can no longer can tell when the other is typing into the chat Issue In Connect chat, users were able to see when a user is either viewing or typing in the chat window but something happened to where now they can no longer see this.

Cause System property glide.ui.presence.disabled was set to true

Resolution To be able to see the Feed Presence (typing or viewing of other user) in chat, the system property glide.ui.presence.disabled needs to be set to false
