Agent Assist Pane is larger than expected when opening multiple Incident records rapidlyDescriptionWhen Opening Multiple Agent Workspace Incident records, the Agent Assist Pane is pushing the relevant ticket information to the left. This causes users to have to re-size the Agent Workspace pane which could slow down productivity.Steps to Reproduce 1) Navigate to Agent Workspace Home.2) Wait for Agent Workspace to open in a new browser tab.3) Open the Incident List.4) Open 5-6 Incident records as fast as possible. For example on MAC, using the touchpad, hover over the INC numbers and hold ALT > Open records.The INC records should open with the Incident 'Details' tab, and the 'Compose' Pane sizing should be bigger than Agent Assist pane. However these tabs show the form with the Agent Assist window dominating the frame, pushing the relevant ticket information off to the left.WorkaroundThis problem has no workaround, is under review and targeted to be fixed in a future release.
