All the Azure Event patterns are affected. Below is the list of the patterns:

Steps to Reproduce

1> Follow below doc to set up azure event: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-it-operations-management/page/product/cloud-management-v2-setup/task/azure-alert-service-cloud-mgt.html

2> Create a new VM in Azure, not in West US region.

3> Keep monitoring sn_cmp_cloud_event table, check the new CI once it's created, it has relation to West US Azure datacenter

Workaround There is no known workaround for this issue. If you are able to upgrade, review the "Intended Fix Version" section below below to determine the versions that have a permanent fix.
