Glidelist field is not working as expected when unlockedIssue Glidelist fields are not displaying as expected after clicking the lock icon. The user clicks the icon and the icon disappears. However, the field does not open to allow the user to edit values.ReleaseAllCauseThis can occur if the field appears on the form multiple times. Note that any field should only appear once on a form. If duplicate fields exist on the form, even if they are in different form sections, unexpected behavior can occur.ResolutionTo resolve this, remove the duplicate field entries from the form sections.1) Navigate to the affected record2) Right-click the form header and choose: Configure > Form Layout 3) In the Section list, select one of the form sections that contains the duplicate field4) In the Selected bucket, find the affected field(s) and remove them5) Click Save
