Best Practice Instead of modifying the Expense Lines. You should create a negating Expense Line which will negate / deduct the previous amount which was specified by the original Expense Line. After this, you can create a new Expense Line on which you can modify any necessary details such as the Amount and Date. The new Expense Line can then be Processed and it will ensure there are no issues.Additionally this will maintain the audit history and allow for proper system level rollups of the values.
