Out of the box, this job has the "run as" field set to System Administrator. If the 'admin' role is not present on that user record, conversations will not fully close, which causes the issue of the "End Conversation" button not working as expected. Users may see additional issues as well, as there are other scheduled jobs that run as System Administrator out of the box. We recommend re-adding the 'admin' role to the System Administrator user record in order to resolve this issue.
