There can be some custom fields with translated type - HTML added to kb_knowledge table. 2. To appear this fields in backend, customers can customize UIMacro - kb_view_common_content. 3. But Agent workspace will show only "Text" and Images in Article content in Agent workspace as mentioned in Product documentation.
