Check the attachment against the three possible discard conditions: - Corrupted file — the file could not be read by the instance on receipt. - Size exceeded— the file exceeds the maximum allowed attachment size configured in the instance. - Too many attachments— the email contained more attachments than the configured limit allows.3. To review the attachment limit properties configured on the instance, refer to the Attachment limit properties reference page linked in Related Links. 4. Once the cause is identified, correct the attachment — replace the corrupted file, reduce the file size, or reduce the number of attachments — and resend the email.
