ATF test timing out on "Open Service Portal Page" step - Known Error

ATF test timing out on "Open Service Portal Page" step Description The "Open Service Portal Page" ATF test step is failing with a "Timeout exceeded. Failed to execute the test step." failure message, intermittently. The timeout is set to 2 mins. We can see the page open up when we run the test but the test does not acknowledge this.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Login to instance and navigate to: Automated Test Framework (ATF) > Tests 2) Open a record for a test that uses the "'Open Service Portal Page", ATF test step. 3) Run the test. --Current behavior: The test will fail with a "Timeout exceeded. Failed to execute the test step." failure message, intermittently. --Expected behavior: Since we can see the page open while the test is being run, the test should not fail.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
