Configuration items not showing CI Class in the header title in default viewIssue STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Navigate to any Configuration Item record from cmdb_ci table. 2. Open any record 3. The header title only shows the CI name and not the CI classResolution> The class/table name in the form title will only appear if the user preference "Compact the user interface" is toggled OFF. > This is standard behavior in the ServiceNow platform that the table name/class name will not be shown in the form header (title) when this preference is ON. WORKAROUND: > Go to the below system preference on "glide.ui.compact" and update the value to false. https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/sys_user_preference_list.do?sysparm_query=name%3Dglide.ui.compact%5Evalue%3Dtrue%5Esystem%3DTrue&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view= > Also, check if any users have overridden this user preference. You can either ask these users to turn off the 'Compact the user interface' [or] delete these user preferences as an admin user.
