HRM Todos Summary widget showing incorrect timestamp value in New YorkDescriptionWhen closing out a HR Case, the user has an "Accept Resolution" todo to address. When accepting the resolution, the timestamp on the "HRM Todos Summary" widget says that the acceptance, which was just completed, happened 8 hours ago.Yet, the same "Accept Resolution" type of todo in Paris shows the correct timestamp when accepting. The user wanted to know why this is.CauseIt is expected behavior in an Out of Box (OOB) New York instance for this 8-hour shift to happen in the widget (n-8 hours, where n = current date/time).The issue was fixed in Paris, where the acceptance happens at n hours, where n = current date/time.ResolutionAs the issue is reproducible in an OOB New York instance, we can safely say that it is by-design there. Our best guess is that this issue was caught by our Developers (as seeing n-8 hours on a just-completed todo is understandably confusing) and remedied in Paris. We have confirmed that a fix is indeed in place in Paris where the HRM Todos Summary widget will display that the acceptance of an "Accept Resolution" todo shows a time of n, again, where n = the current date/time.
