Reply Function in activity tab of Agent Workspace doesnot take similar configuration of Compose Email UI actionIssue When we click on Reply/Reply All options from Activity of the record, the from address populates with the instance name and does not consider the email configured in email client template Eg : <instance_name>@servicenow.comReleaseAllCauseThis is expected functionality. The reply function is a common configuration for all tables also it won't support conditions as of now, which means we can have only 1 template for all tables for reply functions. However, composing an email template support conditions and you can have different templates each specific to a table. ResolutionPRB1344079 was opened for this and it was confirmed that it is expected behavior.
