Once the installation is complete, in your instance you should see application modules like below: 3. Steps to perform by Azure DevOps Admin:Before configuring from ServiceNow instance, Go to Azure DevOps and User Settings: 4. Click on personal access token. 5. Click on "+ New Token" 6. Create a token by providing the below and click "Create": Name: (Any reference name)Organization: (Organisation of projects that needs to be integrated)Expiration: (as desired)Scopes - Full access 7. Once the token is created please note the token generated for the upcoming steps. 8. From ServiceNow Instance: Navigate to Integration Hub -> Connections & Credentials -> Connections & Credentials Aliases and open "Azure_DevOps" - sn_ado_int.Azure_DevOps 9. From the related tabs Connections > Click New: 10. On the new connection record, Provide the desired name and click on the Lookup button from the "Credentials" to create a Credential record: 11. A new window opens with the list of credentials. Click New to create a credential: 12. Select "Basic Auth Credentials": 13. Create a Basic Auth Credentials record with the below fields populated and click on "Submit": Name: (Any reference name)Username: (Devops User for which the token create)Password: Token created on STEP:7 by Azure DevOps Admin 14. On completing the above step, it brings to the same window of STEP:10. Fill the Connection URL: (Devops URL) and Submit 15. Creating Azure DevOps Instance: Go to Agile Azure DevOps Integration > Azure DevOps Instance and click on "New" 16. Provide the Name and Connection alias as "sn_ado_int.Azure_DevOps" which used on STEP:8 and Submit 17. Once Submitted, the URL should be populated from the credential record as below and click on "Connect" 18. Notice the successful connection and the State changed to "Connected" 19. Discovering Projects: Click on the "Discover Projects" button which creates the request 20. Once the Discover project is completed, by default system generated another request for "Create Mapping". 21. Created mappings are on the "Process Mappings" tab 22. Import from DevOps Project: From the Azure DevOps Projects related list, open a project record and Click on "Import Areas, Iterations and Teams". 23. Notice that the Areas, Iterations, and Teams have been completed importing. 24. Import & export actions of work items to make them synchronous: To set up the sync, the project needs to register webhooks. Click on "Register Webhooks" 25. Once the Registration is successful, Enable WorkItems Import, Workitems Export, & Sync Sprints and Save/update. 26. After the above step notice the button "Import Work Items" that appeared on the same form. Click on "Import Work Items" 27. Select the date and time from when to import the items and click on "Submit" : 28. Notice that the Import Sprints, Workitems, and Link WorkItems completed.
