Once the orphan task is closed, a new one is not opening for the same CI even if the CI matches orphan rule conditions.DescriptionOnce the orphan task is closed, a new one is not opening for the same CI even if the CI matches orphan rule conditions.Steps to Reproduce - Create an orphan rule and run a correctness job which creates the Orphan remediation task. (Make sure to check the "Create Task" option in Health Preference)- Then close this task setting the state as Closed Complete and then run the correctness job again. Expected Behavior: New Orphan remediation Task should be created. What really happens: it does not create another Orphan remediation task for that same CI event though we can see it in the CMDB_health_result list.- There is still one entry, and the task is still the same. The task has the same Closed complete state.WorkaroundThis problem is currently under review.
