Manage Resource Plan Button not visible on demand form - Support and Troubleshooting

Manage Resource Plan Button not visible on demand form Issue On the related list "Resource Plan" on the demand form the button "Manage" is not visible. On the developer instance it is visible and leads to the resource planning board.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a Demand record Navigate to Related List : "Resource Plan" Observation: The button "Manage" is not visible

Cause Reviewed the UI Action : Manage /nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_action.do?sys_id=dd0eb8b253720300e39bddeeff7b12c4

and observed that it has been customised and set to Active : false on customer's instance

In out of the box base system instance, the UI Action is active

Resolution After reverting the UI Action to base system, the Manage button on the Related List : Resource Plans, on the Demand form was visible
