Have a couple of cloud service accounts (cmdb_ci_cloud_service_account)2. Make sure at least one of these service accounts have not been validated (is_validated = false)3. Go to Discovery -> Home -> Schedules -> Add Schedule -> Add Cloud Schedule4. Select provider (eg. Azure) and Schedule Name5. Select Account and select the account that has not been validated (2). The Next button is grayed out as expected.6. Now select from the drop-down an account that has already been validated (Next button will show up). Then select the invalidated account (2) from the drop-down. 7. The Next button is now available to the user even though the account hasn't been validated.WorkaroundThere is no known workaround for this issue.
