When we transfer the chat from Agent1 to Agent2 then it does not show the "Your expected wait time is less than 1 minute" wait time message.


Description

While connecting to the agent initially, it shows the message that Routing you to a live agent and then it shows the message that "Your expected wait time is less than 1 minute", When we transfer the chat from Agent1 to Agent2 then it does not show the "Your expected wait time is less than 1 minute" wait time message.

Steps to Reproduce

Make sure that AWA agent chat is configured
Make sure that "Live Chat Wait Status" is set to "wait time" in "Chat Setup"
Use the OOB service Channel chat
Make Sure you have two chat queue
Example:
Queue1 belongs to Agent1
Queue2 belongs to Agent2

1. log in to OOB Paris / Quebec Instance
2.Initiate the chat
3.Accept the chat by Agent1 in Queue1.
4.transfer the chat to Agent2 in Queue 2

Expected behavior: While connecting to the agent initially, it shows the message that Routing you to a live agent and then it shows the wait time message that "Your expected wait time is less than 1 minute", When we transfer the chat from Agent1 to Agent2 then it should show the "Your expected wait time is less than 1 minute" wait time message.

Actual behavior: While connecting to the agent initially, it shows the message that Routing you to a live agent and then it shows the message that "Your expected wait time is less than 1 minute", When we transfer the chat from Agent1 to Agent2 then it does not show the "Your expected wait time is less than 1 minute" wait time message.

Workaround

There is no workaround for this as this is working as expected and the intended behavior of the platform.
