Actual hours are not showing up on Resource AllocationDetailsWill resource allocation actual hours get updated? If so what process updates? The Actual Hours (and Actual Cost) fields show the time spent on plan tasks and the resource costs. These fields are derived from time card information and cannot be edited on the resource plan.Allocated resource is used for a planning mechanism for time to be used for a resource according to the project. Its not considered an actual hour until a time card is submitted an approved, confirming the actual hours worked towards that project/resource plan. Sum of all the Actual hours of a 'Resource allocation daily'(resource_allocation_daily) will roll up to the respective Resource allocation and then to the Resource plan.The Actual hours will get auto-populated from the processed time cards of a specific user.Please note that if the time card has working days that are beyond the planned period of a resource plan, they won't get rollup as there is no Resource allocation daily's available for unplanned dates.Additional Informationhttps://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/geneva-it-business-management/page/product/resource_management/concept/c_ResourcePlanCosts.html
