Cannot convert new call into Request "You are either not authorized or the cart item is invalid"Issue When a new call ticket is transferred to Request and we select a particular catalog item and click Transfer Error "You are either not authorized or the cart item is invalid" pops up.ResolutionAffected item was not available for ordering from service catalog as well.With the help of User Criteria Diagnostics on the Item and we found that User criteria is restricting access to this item hence affected user was not able to transfer call to request while selecting this item. Once we removed the user criteria from NOT AVAILABLE FOR, we were able to transfer the call into request by selecting the affected catalog item.
