URL Applet not opening in an External browser in both iOS and Android Description URL Applet not opening in an External browser in both iOS and Android when referencing a service-now host either as relative or absoluted URL

Steps to Reproduce

Make sure that the ITSM Mobile and com.glide.mobile-employee plugins are installed.

Go to Studio 2. Create a URL Type applet with the URL: https:// .service-now.com/mesp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=3f1dd0320a0a0b99000a53f7604a2ef9 3. Check the "Open in External browser" option 4. Add the Applet to any section of the Applet Launcher 5. Open the Applet on the NOW or the Agent Mobile app

- Expected behavior: The Applet should be opened in an External browser. - Actual behavior: The Applet opens within the App Workaround This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.
