If any user in non-English language (like German/French) updates a translated text type field, a new entry gets created in "sys_translated_text" table [or] the existing entry (if already present) gets updated against that non-English language. If the user again modifies the Description field when his language is English, only the record XML is updated (description field in DB is stored with that value) Please be noted that the existing sys_translated_text record will not modified as we are not doing this change in German.
