Time card form layout can be edited to display the notes. Open any time card record, click on Configure>Form LayoutSelect Notes and move it to the right column. The position where the notes will be displayed on the form can also be selected here or using Form Design. If Notes is not available in the left slushbucket list, probably the column is not active in the Time Card table.Navigate to System Definition>Tables>Time Card>Notes and check the active option.
