Hop into any OOB Orlando instance.2. Open the timezone dictionary record by opening the below link.3. https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_dictionary.do%3Fsys_id%3De37ea8321b30101099ed53d16b4bcb79%26sysparm_view%3Dadvanced4. Scroll to the choices tab and apply the filter 'language = es' (Spanish language)5. Make all the records inactive.6. Change the language to Spanish.7. Click on User Menu -> Profile.8. The timezone field will show all the timezone in English.9. Go to system settings (Gear icon on the top right of the screen) and select the timezone.10. Only the current timezone is visible.EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:All the timezones should be visible in system settings inn the default system language i.e., English when the respective non-English language choices were inactive.ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:Only the default timezone is visible.NOTE: The issue has been reproduced on OOB Newyork instance (pratikcoremar9), OOB Orlando instance (shettooo) and OOB Paris instance (demonightlyparis)WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem and the risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
