Often this can happen if the Flow is transferred between instances since the Stages are not tracked in the update which gets moved. (These can be transferred from another instance if the issue happened after Flow Transfers). If the issue did not happen after transfer then it is likely because the Stages were not created in the first place. To resolve this, the following needs to be performed: Open the Flow in the Flow DesignerClick the Three Dots (More Actions Menu) > StagesAdd New Stages Lastly, the "Configure stages and add them to a flow" Documentation can be followed as a reference for creating and using the Stages properly.
