Different states of Virtual Agent conversation

Below are few scenarios and based on it different states of Virtual Agent conversation:


1.When end user initiates the chat, but no Agents are available.
- Closed complete

2. When end user initiates the chat and they themselves closed before agent accepts.
- Closed complete

3. When end user initiates the chat and available agent does not accept
- Closed abandoned

4. When end user initiates the chat and agent has accepted and after that if end user ends the chat.
- Closed complete

5. When end user initiates the chat and agent has accepted and after that agent ends the cha
- Closed Complete

- So whenever end user will close the conversation, state will be set to 'closed complete'
