Cause The issue was with the NLU service not being enabled in Virtual Agent.

Resolution Follow the steps below to enable the NLU service in Virtual Agent settings to fix the issue.

From Navigator, Virtual Agent ➔ Configuration Go to NLU Settings tab Enable 'Enable NLU in Virtual Agent' Set the NLU Service Provider as 'ServiceNow NLU' Click 'Save'
