Incidents transferred to the same support team will be counted twice, which is incorrect.CauseCustom business rule (BR) "On-Call Trigger Rota Notify" was triggering an event that was updating the incident again, leading to duplicate reassignment counts.ResolutionDisabling the custom BR resolved the issue. Requested customer to review the customizations.
