Confirm that the user language is set to English 2. In a record producer, add a variable of type Rich Text Label and put in an English text in the Rich Text field, click Submit 3. Open the variable to confirm that the text in the Rich Text field is in English 4. Change the user language to Japanese (or whatever language pack installed) 5. Open the same variable and change the text in the Rich text field in Japanese, click Update 6. Open the variable to confirm that the text is in Japanese 7. Change the user language back to English expected: the text specified in the Rich Text field should be in English actual: the text in the Rich Text field remained in JapaneseWorkaroundThe Rich Text field type needs to be changed from HTML to Translated HTML.After creating a variable fo Rich Text Label type, right click on the "Rich Text" label and select Configure Dictionary.Change the Type from HTML to Translated HTML.
