Unable to add attachment to record producer - Support and Troubleshooting

Unable to add attachment to record producer Issue User able to attach the attachment for incident records that are created from the record producer, but is not able to attach the attachment while submitting to the record producer.

Resolution Check if any custom query business rule on sys_attachment table, if any deactivate the query business rule and test the issue Check if any custom business rule on sys_attachment table, if any deactivate the business rule and test the issue Enable session debug and see if any error while uploading the attachment Check if any console errors
