Knowledge base articles not visible on kb_home page on portalIssue User are unable to view the Knowledge base articles on the kb_home page on portal , even though they do have the read and contribute access to that knowledge base ResolutionNeed to check if the users are having access to the knowledge base articles they are viewing To confirm this they can check if on the knowledge home page ( $knowledge.do ) the article is visible for that knowledge baseThen check if the particular knowledge base is mapped to that portalTo do that and confirm, navigate to the Portals, open the portal where we are seeing the issue and under related lists 'knowledge base ' click on Edit and add the required knowledge base
