The system property "" does not work on Mobile Apps


The system property "" does not work on Mobile Apps, making the Attachment Sharing button still available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an incident on the standard platform.
2. Update an image, a doc and a pef file as attachments to the incident.
3. Access this incident on Now Mobile App.
4. Click to view the attachment on Activity Screen.
5. Can see the Share button on the right top area.
6. Set the system property "" to true.
7. Wait to flush the instance cache when possible to not affect connected users.
8. Access the Incident on Now Mobile App.
9. View the attachment on Active Screen again. The Attachment Sharing button is still available.
