Numbered tags are not working on incident when tagged using Drop down optionDescriptionWhen a user is trying to Assign a Tag that is just a number(ex: 2000) to an incident on the List view using the Dropdown option at the bottom of the list, it is not working as expected.Steps to Reproduce - In demonightlyparid/demonightlyorlando- Create a Tag which is just a number Example: 2000 or 2020- Open any list say incident.list- Personalize the list to show Tags field- Now select a record/multiple records using the checkbox- From the dropdown option at the bottom of the list, Assign the tag that you create- Observe that the Tag does not assign to the records- now open any records and from the header option, Add the number tag and observe it shows.WorkaroundThis problem is currently under review.
